We offer maintenance plans for all brands and models of systems. Let our inspectors check your system twice a year to insure it is operating effectively.
The inspection process includes:
Measurement of sludge level, bacteria matting, water color and ph level in tank.
We will insure that your system is discharging properly and supplying the correct amount of airflow for proper turbidity.
We will clean the compressor filter and inspect all electrical connections.

Grease Trap Pumping
Let us maintain your grease trap utilizing our pumper truck with pressure jetting capabilities. We can remove the grease each month or completely pump your tank and pressure clean the tank and lines. 

Water Heater Flush
Each year, roughly seven (7) pounds of sediment can accumulate in the bottom of a water heater. This sediment can adhere to the bottom and sides of the tank causing rust. This rust will eventually work through the inner lining and begin to leak through the outer shell. Let us flush your system annually or bi-annually to reduce the sediment build-up and extend the life of your heater. 

Tankless Water Heater De-Liming
Calcium and lime can build up inside the heat exchanger and limit water flow while shortening the life of your heater. Heaters installed by Baker & Son's Plumbing, Inc. are equipped with an isolation valve designed for performing the de-liming process.
